Recital Solo, Duet, Trio, and Small Group Request Form

Please use the following form to sign up for a solo, duet, trio, or small group piece in our Spring Recital 2022. Dancers will have the option of submitting their recital solo, duet, or small group to competition next season for an additional entry fee. Please refer to the following pricing information:

  • Solo: $500 + costume

  • Duet: $450 + costume / dancer

  • Trio: $400 + costume / dancer

  • Quartet: $350 + costume / dancer
